Dynasty Nodes provides premium Minecraft server hosting services, including but not limited to:

• Dedicated Minecraft server hosting
• 24/7 technical support
• Server management tools
• Backup and security services
• Custom server configurations

3. Account Registration

To access our services, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

All hosting services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

• Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase
• Recurring payments will be charged automatically
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include:

• Hosting content that violates any laws or regulations
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engaging in activities that could harm our infrastructure
• Violating the terms of service of Minecraft or Mojang Studios
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all services. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Internet connectivity issues
• Third-party service disruptions
• Force majeure events

7. Data and Backups

While we perform regular backups of server data, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. Dynasty Nodes is not liable for any data loss that may occur.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dynasty Nodes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, regardless of the theory of liability.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the services will be discontinued, and any data stored on our servers may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
